How to Cancel
- When you booked, you will have been emailed a system generated password to allow you to login – please check your emails and then you will be able to:
- Login to your account here
- View your booking(s) in a list
- Click ‘cancel’ next to the booking you need to change, and this will allow you to manually process your cancellation
- If you cancel less than 2 full days before the date of your test, you will receive a 50% refund; otherwise your payment will be refunded in full.
- Your refund will normally be processed within 48 hours. We will send email confirmation when it is done. In the event of problems, please contact email@example.com
